The European Partnership Business Plan is drafted in cooperation with local authorities, universities and Local Enterprise Partnerships in the East of England. It is approved by the members of the Europe and International Panel.
The East of England European Partnership in 2016 - 2019 will focus its attention on the following areas based on partner interest and needs:
- Economic Development and Skills
- Health and well-being
- Smart Cities and Communities
In addition, the European Structural and Investment Funds will remain an important horizontal priority cutting across all policy and funding areas.
Our vision for 2016 - 2019
“The European Partnership is focused on giving partners a voice in key policy debates and providing expert advice and support to help partners access EU funds from the 2014-2020 programmes. The Brussels team is actively engaged in providing a high-quality, intelligence-oriented service, concentrating on the needs of our partners, while also exploring potential income generating opportunities which can be invested back into the service for the benefit of partners.”
